- Drive by prospective properties to determine if you like the neighborhood and the exterior of the property.
- Once you decide which property you want to view please call or email us to set up an appointment.
- You will not be shown the interior of a property without a picture ID
- Once you have viewed the property and you would like to rent then each adult must fill out an aplication form.
- All lines on the application must be completed.
- Each application must be accompanied with a $35 dollar application fee per adult (non -refundable), valid drivers license and most recent paystub.
- Once approved you will be notified and an appointment wil be made so that you can come in and complete your contract.

Crest Premier Properties Application Policy APPLICATION: Each person 18 years or older must complete a rental application. CREDIT REPORT: CRESTPP will obtain a current credit report for all applicants. IDENTIFICATION: CRESTPP requires a valid driver’s license or photo identification card and social security card, or may request two other forms of identification. INCOME: Total household income (gross monthly) must be at least three times the amount of rent. REFERENCES: Prior landlord, employer, and personal references will be considered. FAIR HOUSING: CRESTPP subscribes to subscribes to Fair Housing Policies. We will not discriminate against a race, color, sex, sexual preference, handicap, religion, or ethnic origin. INSURANCE: All CRESTPP tenants are encouraged to obtain a Renter’s Insurance Policy. LEASE TERM: Our minimum lease term is six months however some properties cannot be leased for less than twelve months. |
