We can arrange payment of your utility bills, property taxes, insurances, mortgages and provide you with a monthly operating statement detailing all your transactions. This service benefits owners by ensuring that they receive returns on their investments and shield them from the challenges of dealing directly with tenants. Real Estate Sales and Purchase This service is geared mainly towards the property management clients and existing preferred clients of our sales personnel. CREST would work with their clients who would like to sell or purchase new properties for their real estate portfolio. The service involves pricing and listing the property as well as the marketing of the property through various sources; receiving contracts, and the opening and closing of escrow.
