Sherman Weekes
Sherman was born on the Caribbean Island of Montserrat. He holds both a Ph.D and M.Sc in Agriculture from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and a bachelors degree in Agriculture from the University of the West Indies. Sherman worked in Agriculture research and development for over twenty years in the Caribbean before becoming a Realtor. He is a passionate vegetable gardener and has helped many friends start their home garden. He volunteers helping others start their home garden and is a regular hiker at South Mountain in Phoenix. He has had specialized training in commercial real estate and work closely with both residential and commercial investors
Euphemia Weekes
Euphemia was born and raised on the island of Grenada in the Caribbean. She holds a bachelors degree in Agriculture management from the University of the West Indies. She also holds a masters degree in Economic Development from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. Euphemia began her career as a planning and development economist in the Caribbean and later as a Country Representative with the Inter American Institute for Co-operation on Agriculture (IICA). With IICA, she learned Spanish to communicate effectively with her colleagues in Latin America. She brings an international perspective to her real estate career having traveled widely and having experienced numerous cultures in the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and North America.
Euphemia founded Crest Premier Properties in 2006 after receiving her Broker’s license. Having learned difficult lessons quickly, she discovered there was no substitute for having a great Team. Euphemia has received awards for outstanding and high productivity.
Euphemia loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and jogging. She is an active volunteer for several community organizations that help the less fortunate.
Dulce Ahumada
Dulce grew up in Los Mochis, Mexico moving to Phoenix in 1999 when she was only 13 years old. Before working for Crest Premier Properties, she held various customer service related jobs, but she always felt the need to look for a greater challenge.
In 2010 Dulce became a part of the Crest family . She started as a receptionist, however, her love for challenges and especially her love for helping people motivated her to attend Real Estate school where she received her Real Estate license in the summer of 2013.
